Welcome to Zoo/Exotic Pathology Service.

Established in 1984, Zoo / Exotic Pathology Service is an independent laboratory exclusively devoted to the needs of Zoological Parks, Aquariums, and Veterinarians in avian and exotic animal practice.

Zoo/Exotic Pathology Service will be closed on Monday, Sept 2, in observance of Labor Day.

For years, Mickaboo Bird Rescue and various local avian veterinarians have been trying to figure out why some of these birds develop progressive and ultimately fatal neurologic disease. Here is one etiology identified and Zoo/Exotic Pathology Service is proud to have contributed to this important work.
